Kindly read the
following information carefully, before proceeding
to our booking form
All our prices
are in Thai Baht, calculated per person and valid
for the indicated period. The prices include breakfast,
service charge and applicable government taxes.
After receipt
of your reservation, we will contact the hotel and
send a confirmation to you together with the exact
costs of your arrangement.
Should our offer
meet your requirements kindly confirm back to us
by e-mail or fax and remit the equivalent to 3 (three)
night's accommodation to confirm your booking.
Payment by VISA
or Master Credit Card
If you choose
to make payment with your VISA or Master credit
card, please go to the mainpage of www.koh-chang.ws
after you received the confirmation of your booking.
Click the Online
Payment button in the upper left corner. Please
enter the 7-digit Booking Number in the first line
and add a "1" as the 8th digit for your advance
payment. If this is the second payment for the remaining
amount of your booking, please add a "2" as the
8th digit to your Booking Number. Then fill in the
required names, e-mail address, the amount to be
paid and chose the currency in which payment should
be made (Thai Baht or US Dollar).
You are then
transferred directly to the secured payment form
of the Siam Commercial Bank, where your credit card
details will be asked. These data go directly to
the bank and are not accessible for us or anybody
else.
On receipt of
your payment, Koh-Chang-Thailand will mail, fax
or e-mail the vouchers for hotel accommodation and
requested transfers as per the value of your payment
to you immediately.
The final balance
for all services requested must be received 7 (seven)
days prior to arrival.
For VISA
and Master credit cards, only online
payment is possible.
Payment by American
Express Card
If you want to
make payment with your American Express card, we
will e-mail our "Credit Card Authorisation" form
together with the confirmation of your booking.

If your

also return the form by air mail to Koh-Chang-Thailand,
P.O. Box 158, Phuket 83000, THAILAND. Air
mail letters normally reach us within one

In both cases,
it is not necessary to send additional papers, the
"Credit Card Authorisation" form is sufficient.
On receipt Koh-Chang-Thailand will mail, fax or
e-mail the vouchers for hotel accommodation and
requested transfers as per the value of your payment
to you immediately.
The final balance
for all services requested must be received 7 (seven)
days prior to arrival.
This way of payment
is only possible for American Express
cards.
Payment by Bank
Remittance
Should you prefer
to pay by bank remittance, please advise your bank
to send the payment by SWIFT to the account mentioned
in the confirmation.
As banks in Thailand
are not able, to provide any information about the
sender of incoming payments (domestic and overseas),
we have to request a copy of your signed and stamped
remittance order to be sent to us by fax or mail.
This is your responsibility, otherwise we do not
know, from whom we received payment and might cancel
your booking.
Payments,
that are not accompanied by a copy of the remittance
order are treated as unpaid bookings, because we
cannot find out, who sent this amount to our account.

is sufficient. On receipt Koh-Chang-Thailand will

and requested transfers as per the value of your
payment to you immediately.
The final
balance for all services requested must be received
14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival.
Payment Period
Any booking,
not fully paid before arrival, will be cancelled
resulting in the loss of your deposit and the reservations
made at the resorts. We regret, but we cannot arrange
meetings in the different resorts to collect payments
with customers, that often do not show up at the
time agreed. It is also not the responsibility of
the resort to collect payment from guests who have
booked at discounted rates through a travel agency.
Any booking,
that concerns the period from 20 December to 10
January, has to be fully paid before 15
November, otherwise we will release
the reservations made without further notice and
any deposit payment made will be forfeited. Please
understand, there might be other customers in need
of rooms for this period.
Cancellation and
Refund
Should you have
to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances,
the following cancellation fees apply depending
on the seasonality of each hotel:

(normally the period from May to October)
up to 10 days before expected arrival time
1 night charge, less than 10 days before expected
arrival time 2 nights charge. |

Season (normally the period from November
to April) up to 30 days before expected arrival
time 1 night charge, less than 30 days, but
more than 15 days before expected arrival
time 2 nights charge. Less than 15 days, but
more than 7 days before expected arrival time
3 nights charge. Less than 7 days before expected
arrival time 50% charge. |

Peak
Season (normally the period from 10 or 20
December until 10 or 31 January) up to
15 November 1 night charge. After 15 November
but more than 30 days before expected arrival
time 3 nights charge. Less than 30 days, but
more than 15 days before expected arrival
time 50% charge of full amount. Less than
15 days before expected arrival time the hotel
will request full payment for the whole period
booked and there is no refund. |
Should you cut
your stay short after arrival to the hotel, there
will be a 1 night extra charge (over your actual
stay) during low season and no refund for the unused
nights during high and peak season.
Payments made
already will be refunded by deducting the costs
for the remittance to your account.
